The name, contact details and request content you share via contact forms, e-mail and telephone channels are processed for the purposes of fulfilling your quote requests, carrying out contractual processes, customer relationship management and meeting legal obligations.

To the extent necessary for legal obligations and to fulfil your request, your personal data may be shared with the relevant public institutions and organisations and with the suppliers from whom we procure services, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
Method of Collection and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected through website forms, e-mail, telephone and face-to-face meetings, on the legal grounds of "establishment and performance of a contract", "fulfilment of a legal obligation" and "legitimate interest" set out in Article 5 of the KVKK.
Your Rights
You may submit your requests under Article 11 of the KVKK (requesting information, rectification, erasure, objection, etc.) in writing to info@nitronetpatlayici.com. Your applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
