Anfonet

ANFONET is a non-water-resistant explosive containing high-quality PrillPorous Ammonium Nitrate (over 34.5% N); its free-flowing structure completely fills surface blast holes to reach optimum blasting pressure. It is produced from a mixture of 94.3% Ammonium Nitrate + 5.7% fuel oil.

It has many application areas such as open pit blasting, surface metallic mines, coal mines, quarries, highway projects, dam and pond construction.

It is used as a booster-sensitive explosive in surface blasting. It is a type of explosive used in dry holes.

It is recommended that the cap-sensitive explosive used during initiation be as close as possible to the hole diameter.

Supplied in 25 kg double-layer PP/PE bags; unaffected by water and moisture. Bag dimensions 50 cm × 75 cm.

It must be stored in dry, well-ventilated magazines out of direct sunlight, in accordance with Regulation No. 87/12028.

It must be kept away from cigarettes, fire, sparks, welding operations and impacts.
