Applications
It is used in all types of underground blasting; in tunnel, gallery and shaft advances, to detonate dynamite or similar cap-sensitive products.
The delay types are used in large-scale blasting to reduce vibration, achieve uniform breakage and proper fragmentation, and increase blasting efficiency. There are 30 ms delay intervals across 16 different numbers.
Safety & Application
Electric detonators must be checked with an ohmmeter before being placed into the primer.
Measures must be taken to prevent static electricity build-up; do not pass near devices carrying electricity or power cables.
In wet environments connections must be insulated; exploders manufactured for this purpose must be used for initiation.
Packaging & Product Dimensions
In cardboard boxes; packs of 50 wrapped in kraft paper inside the box, each pack containing bundles of 25 detonators.

It must be stored in accordance with Regulation No. 87/12028 and transported by ADR-compliant vehicles.
